Now let's see if anyone on the team has the will to hustle and play defense like this guy expects, or if it's going to take him having to have all his own recruits that haven't been ruined by JJ.

What needs to be done, will be done. I won't be surprised if the current team doesn't immediately respond well, by all appearances Wade will likely be a very different coach than JJ. I'd give it 3 seasons to really judge how Wade is doing, given that he's going to have to completely reset the culture of the program.
