Yes I do. The fact that he refused to comply, then began to take off in the vehicle, is clearly a fact that in the very least is a cause for possible dispute. Doesn't prove anything, but a cause for question. Enough to question calling them simply trigger happy before knowing the facts. Or seeing an outside video that shows the entire scene. Can't you even see that?
