This is all fine, just go battle the first dragon so you can have them in the world.

I usually am either a Companion, Werewolf, Nordic, Strom cloak, vampire hunter

Or a Vampire Imperial who eats all the nords. All of them.

Also, go get the mods. And get the civil war and roaming factions mod. It's a lot of fun.
