Another exciting thing about the new staff moves is seeing THEIR players coming in. Excited to see what Nolan can do.

Yep. They were pretty much forced to it last year due to not having much money to spend & a lot of holes to fill. I'm glad their mentality has evolved. They haven't made any huge mistakes over the last 2 years. The worst mistake would be Fleener, but at least he's not a complete bust. Laurinaitis & Kruger were signed for a low cost...can't really complain too much about that.

And nowhere more needed than in the LB'er unit.
Watching Robinson have to play all three LB'er positions at the same time was painful.
