I would change transmission fluid filter by dropping the pan. Also rhthe e dexcool in the coolant system has to go. Replace it totally with premix 50/50 green antifreeze

The vehicle had regular maintenance done to it up until her Dad died a cpl years ago and then it has set up more than it has been used. It runs too good to set up and ruin. I just want to keep it running good and get the AC fixed most importantly.

two questions:

1. 2005 chevy Silverado oil pressur gauge stays pegged out. I am guessing the oil pressure sending unit is bad. how difficult is that to change?

2. 2014 ford explorer - got a recall notice saying I need to have the rear drag links changed. how long will that take once they get the vehicle on the racks....and are those parts usually in stock?
