This is why everyone hates the government. EVERYONE with half a brain knows that the presidential records act is for non-public emails that a president might want to hide something. So Trump deletes a tweet that says rosie o'donnell is fat so that he can replace it with a tweet that says she is really really fat. Is that a violation of law? Maybe under an extreme view of the law but who gives a shite?

I'm not an attorney so I could be wrong but it seems to me that when President Trump tweets something then he is immediately releasing his tweet to the public.

That's different from an email he sends to or gets from a specific person or persons which is not being made available to the public for viewing.

Since his tweet is being made available to the public the instant he sends it then I don't see why he would be violating any law by deleting it after he sends it.
