How are people out of work??? They are doing expansions in a ton of the plants around Baton Rouge and Nola.

Which are going to people who have transferable skills or experience. An e-line operator is gonna have a tough time breaking into the plants.
Not to mention the people in the hardest hit areas can't just drive 2 hours to work for $15
