I read all this day before yesterday. Makes my head spin as I know many of the folks mentioned including the lead character. Not surprised with that one but the supporting cast including banks, CPAs and others really surprise me.
Haven't figured out why the judge mentioned doesn't want to recuse.
Given other things I've heard, this could get into FSA personnel also as TD seems to have manipulated payments there.

From what I heard FSA was the one that found out about all the shell games and brought it to light. Everything else just came up after.

I also heard that one of the guys he screwed over was the one who found him after the shite started hitting the fan and TD was nowhere to be found. Most people were assuming he was already laid up on an island somewhere, but this guy got to him. There may or may not have been a gun drawn and threats issued.
