it's noticeable, but it's not "really bad" at least IMO. like Ive been saying for a year though is I think console gamers are only a small portion of who this is made for.

this is something that would appeal to my friends who don't play video games simply because they can't. ps3 was the last system they owned and life changed for them during that lifespan.

if this has the graphics of a ps3, that's all it needs IMO and unlike the wii and wii u, not keeping up with sony and Microsoft in terms of graphics this time is 100% understandable and justifiable because it is a portable console and to keep the price point at $300 (new console cost $400 and one of them was $500)

some gamers are dedicated and find the time. others can't but want to, and that's the appeal of the switch. the problem is, how big is that audience? based on anecdotes and people I know, I think it is a lot. then you have it as the kid friendly console and tablet, and a huge chunk of mobile gamers...you have quite the potential for mass appeal, but that will all play itself out. they need games, and the wii u didn't have games I agree, but a thin launch lineup is a given with every console and I don't care what anyone says...the ps4 had a shite lineup. it was a bunch of shooters that you could play on ps3.

personally the best launch for me was n64 because Mario 64 is all I wanted to play for about a year and I certainly feel like Zelda is that kind of game. if you're a wii u owner, play it on wii u. if you don't own a wii u, then Zelda is a console seller
