I'm far from a gynecologist. But there comes a point where she could be overdoing it on the cleanliness thing and actually do more harm than good. She needs certain bacterias in certain levels to maintain a healthy balance down there. If she overdoes it on trying to stay clean she can kill off those "good" bacteria and cause all kinds of problems.
