Rosita and Sasha will try to "save" Eugene from the compound but Eugene will puss out on running away with them for fear of death and losing his cushy new job. This results in the brutal death of both females and turns Eugene a little more against what Negan is. Eugene will finally face his fears, plot his escape and play a vital role in bringing down the system after having been on the inside.
