I can't take credit for it, but a pork tenderloin in the boil is delicious under meats.

you didnt live next door to me in Burbank estates circa 2005 did you? i emptied the freezer one night and that was the best thing we cooked.

One one several years ago we were done cooking crawfish but didn't want to stop drinking by the burner- buddy went in and grabbed a bunch of boneless country pork ribs from fridge. They are now a staple.
