re: Louisiana comes in dead last in new 'Best States' ranking

I think it all starts with educating your people. That is a tough task though because education always starts at home. Add in the fact that you have so many women and men today having 3+ kids out of wedlock with little to no education, no skills and a total lack of accountability and this is what you get. I honestly have no clue on how to solve it because you can't make a person want a better life for themselves or their children.
