So be an a-hole about it all you want, I am sure my physique is pretty normal. But as a 47 year old that can do stuff I couldn't dream of doing at 37 I don't understand the stupid shite that is spouted.
It's all about goals. If you're hitting your goals and making your body what you want it to be then more power to you.
I used to really enjoy running, just to unwind. I ran a lot while I was in school at night and early in the mornings. I can't do that anymore because it was killing my gains. It's all about how you want your body to function and how you want it to look.
The only thing I really ever shite on (the majority) of crossfitters for is (1) their horrid form (2) their strange cult-like mentality. I feel like it's a lot of people who have never really spent time in a gym and finally got with a program (crossfit) and want to tell everyone about it and why it's new and better than what others are doing. If you've been lifting awhile, you've seen fads come and go and this just seems like another fad.

A fad based off of 6 core movements and oly lifting?
I've literally never heard a person say that Crossfit is "better than what you are doing"
Horrid form? Have you been to a gym? I do not say all have great form, sime have terrible form. But to lump them all in as horrid shows that same bias I don't understand.
