It's like the individual states are incapable of handling these issues. I bet you'd like a global government to enforce all your standards on every other country too eh?

This is what it's all about.
Having constitutional rights is not good enough for lefties.
They want human rights so an individual's constitutional rights can be denied when they are in conflict with what is best for the greater good.

They aren't capable. What can Louisiana do about an upstream states pollution into the Mississippi? Sue them? Because another state holds themselves to a low standard?
