Then why not just say "I don't want to discuss national strategy at this time" when he's pressed for specifics? This is how he talks regardless of whether it's a foreign policy issue, a domestic issue, or the size of his crowds. He shows a severe lack of knowledge on basically all issues and he can't articulate even basic thoughts
