Anyone should be able to ask questions.
But no one should be allowed to continuously disrupt a townhall type meeting.
Simple premise:
Disruption is unfair to anyone looking for real dialogue or real answers.
Disrupters should be escorted out. If they resist, they should be arrested.

There job requires that they represent ALL of their constituency....not just those who voted for them....
