you cant fix the problem when you dont know what it is, fact is these headaches have been bothering you. So you need to at least make more than a nominal attempt at discovery

It might turn out to be as simple as a reaction to unseasonably warm weather. It could be an allergy, People are allergic to weird things like the vibrations of a lawnmower, and yes the nickel in cell phones. Some people are even allergic to water or the sun... that would be a real problem..

Anyone who has an ongoing physical illness will eventually feel the stress and anxiety of not feeling right. That could take an emotional toll on anyone.
