I don't think so, necessarily. Someone who lives in a weight room from the time they're 14-22 (high school through college) can be that size and carry that weight well. They just look huge, but I don't think many people would look at them and say "they're fat."

Uh, I can think of three guys who fit that description off the top of my head.
