not anywhere close. the body in a baseball swing is "in a barrel" and the swing is very compact. otherwise you couldn't even get around on a 90 MPH fastball. and of course the grip is completely different. in a golf swing you take a much longer back swing and hold your body back until you break your wrists and shift your weight. the ball isn't moving so you can use your full swing. i'll agree they are similar but they are not the same.

Biggest difference between a golf swing and a baseball swing is the weight shift.
Golf 90 the weight ends up on your front leg
Baseball you brace on the front leg and pivot to generate torque.
Weight distribution is different
