We have accounting positions open for months that we cannot fill because the small amount of applicants we do get have basically no experience. This is with good starting pay and good benefits. If you're looking for a position that starts in the $30s, you've got to have something wrong on your resume or you're not applying for the right jobs.

Or maybe the Nashville market is drastically different from Baton Rouge, but I have a hard time believing that.
