Our store had to cut the 65 employees down to under 50 to 49. Too low, very hard on the remaining 49 physically. Also,after going to 49 employees, we got a threatening letter saying we would be fined $20,000.00 if we didn't take out Obamacare. The Federal Gov't bureaucrat that came in to talk to us was an anti-business ultra liberal smart-arse that was very threatening with the fine in 30 days if we didn't take out the Obamacare against our wishes. We delayed to see if Trump could win, and repeal and replace it. We'll see what happens.

What was their leverage once you dropped below 50 employees? Didn't that create an exemption from the requirement.
It is still absurd that for the first time in the history of this country we are required to purchase a product simply for existing.
