But dem Dems sure love dat Obamacare! Who gives a crap that the gimmicky way it was funded didn't work, was never going to work, didn't make sense, and should have been found unconstitutional.

Was never meant to work. They expected to keep the WH and gain seats in the congress/senate to move it along to Universal single payer healthcare. They only had one end game in mind.
The Dems didn't give a damn about people and them having health insurance. They only care that more people rely on the government so they can remain in power because they promote themselves as the only ones to spend money on entitlements.
