The domestic threat stipulation only applies when the president or any other member of the executive branch is clearly a traitor, knowingly or unknowingly putting american lives at risk or actually has them killed, or steals from the american people.

Flynn may be shady as shite but unless evidence comes out that he was clearly a domestic threat, this was a political assassination.

Clinton clearly committed crimes according to the statues of the law and Comey even implied as such in the July briefing and the leak was not from american actors and that's fair game.

Clinton played stupid games with her emails and got a stupid prize.
