Who said that idiot, I am talking about very serious crimes committed by the leaking of the tapes, someone is going to jail. Sessions will have a field day, tears will flow.

What did he do wrong? No one has ever been prosecuted under the outdated, and unnecessary, Logan Act. Flynn was a citizen at the time the call took place, he held no position in government, and could not negotiate for the US government. What did he do wrong?
I am a Never Trump member and don't particularly care for Flynn but he did nothing wrong in my eyes.
