My guess is Baier.

I sat in the front row, on the end, and at least once per week, Baier would turn and say, "Mr. Midnight, what would Justice Scalia say to that?"

Good times.

And, even better when he hosted Scalia on his birthday that year. I got a great story AND chuckle out of the justice.
