Definitely a coach problem, but gm is a bigger issue than not.
This is where you need to make a gm change and allow them to guide your team. Gentry can work if he gets pieces he desires. Dell just likes to get puzzle pieces from 2 different boxes and says make it work.

If he doesn't have those pieces why not adapt the strategy to get the most out of the players he does have?
