re: Wow, didn't know the 9th circuit has an 80% reversal rate at the Supreme Court

When I was involved in counter narcotic operations, all our cases were held in the 11th (Tampa). They were very friendly to Federales. This included seizures made right off Baha. It was far above my pay grade on how those cases were always held in the 11th without geographic considerations of the actual interdictions.
