In fact someone I know is getting free insurance with basically everything covered for free on a Medicaid plan in LA called Louisiana Healthcare Connections. Now since this person was laid off last year he has opened up his own business and makes a minimum of 40k per month. Somehow he was able to get on Medicaid since he was laid off though. If he can do it making $500,000k per year anyone can.
