The belief of Atheists isn't to kill all people that aren't atheist. There's no book clearly stating any such thing.

The Koran clearly instructs Muslims to kill all non Muslims. So why should we let them come here?!!

Who should make the decision you ask. Our government. That's who. You want to come here, then be an atheist, a Jew, a Christian, agnostic, or Buddhist etc, but you can't be Muslim. Is that extreme? Yes. But their extremism calls for an extreme response.

The founding fathers didn't anticipate such a "religion"
