New Orleans doesn't have the sheer amount of Indian, Korean, Burmese, Ethiopian, etc. that other cities have.
I love New Orleans as much as anyone, but the ethnic dining scenes in New York or SF blow it out of the water.

So a city that has more ethnic restaurants is a better eating or restaurant city solely based on the volume of its restaurants that are ethnic?
That logic just doesnt hold much water when you consider other great worldwide food destinations and their cuisines (Paris, Tokyo, Barcelona, etc...)
