Yea.. Well when i went to catholic school in nola they had PE coaches teaching history and science classes.
Private schools are not inherently better. You get what you pay for in that case.

That is exactly right.
Catholic schools do need private school competition too. To have that competition on a widespread level their needs to be a richer population--vouchers will create that population.
