I'm the furthest thing from hostile. I'm as laid back as they come. You can frick with someone and not be "hostile".

You're my favorite kind then ... we're having a good time, you're laughing at my good ole boy guips while looking for a gotcha opening ... then all of the sudden you hear the other attorneys at the table laughing and the stenographer asks me to repeat something because she was laughing and lost her place ... so I ask her to read back to where she lost me ...

... and then you go hostile with something like, "but are you an expert at this or that" ... and then I know I've got you.

Anyways - it would be fun, I'm sure.

You're not in Construction Law by chance are you?
