Just up vote if you are for non citizens have the same rights as You as an American.
I'm not getting into the legality. Just your opinion.
If you are for non Americans having the same Rights as you... upvote.
If you are against non citizens having the same rights as American Citizens... down vote
Specifically, if we are talking about the rights afforded within the constitution (freedom of speech, due process, etc.), I'm inclined to believe anybody should be afforded those rights here in the United States?
If we are including things like disability, tax breaks, etc. as rights, then those should get decreasingly afforded as we move from citizens to legal non-citizens--all the way down to illegal immigrants who should not be afforded those.

I mostly agree with this response. But, if here illegally, no due process should be needed to expel them from our country, if a crime is committed.
