According to a new survey by Insure.com

From January 2014

quote:

women say that attractive men tend to drive black Ford pickup trucks

That is quite a leap. Survey results indicate that women find that attractive men drive pickup trucks (32%), the top brand of cars for attractive men is Ford (16%), and that the color of cars that attractive men drive is black (53%). Combining the top three results does not indicate that a black Ford pickup is what women indicate what attractive men drive. That sort of logic is faulty and presenting it as fact is very troublesome.

Cigarettes and trash
Both genders are most turned off by vehicles with cigarette butts in the ashtray, according to survey results.

quote:

Auto-related turn-offs were:
Cigarette butts in the ashtray. (Women: 23%. Men: 23%.)

Only 23% of men and 23% of women surveyed found cigarette butts in the ashtray as a turnoff? Only one in four people found it trashy for someone to smoke inside their own vehicle? I was not expecting this, nor do I expect this in real life.

Insure.com surveyed 2,000 licensed drivers age 18 and over, split evenly between men and women and divided across age groups and regions. The online-panel survey was fielded in December 2013.

...without posting the entire findings of the survey, how the online-panel was conducted, or explaining their definition of age groups or regions. Yep I will totally believe everything from the results of the survey and this throwaway article from a website called, what was it again? Oh yeah, never heard of it before or since 2014.

I know you don't want to believe it. But women who see you in a minivan do not consider sex with you to be something even remotely appealing.
