Can't complain, thanks for asking. We have a hearing coming up in February about the constitutionality of convictions with only 10/12 jurors, which is only legal in LA and Oregon. The defense attorney is using our case as his platform to challenge that issue, which pisses me off, but this isn't the time or place. I might make a thread about it at some point.
