re: Man turns camera ticket into constitutional trial of the century

Every city or town has that ONE intersection where it is all about safety and people running red lights. Here in New Orleans it has been, without a doubt, the corner of South Carrollton Avenue and Drexel Dr./Palmetto Street.

When I worked at Xavier University, trying to come out of that parking lot was a total nightmare, often I saw at least three to five cars run that light per light change. The cross street, Drexel Drive is a "No Turn on Red" but at afternoon drive time, the traffic on South Carrollton is heavyish. That would be the only one I might defend, the rest of them are money grabs.
