Some organization had them bussed in and handed out pre printed signs. Many, if not most, are paid to be there.

C'mon man. I know there are many legit protesters there, but can we not whistle past the graveyard this time?
These mega protests are completely organized and have been for some time. There are ads on Facebook, Craigslist, dem boards, etc offering money for these types of protests. These ads have been posted here many times. This tactic was exposed in detail on the okeefe tapes.
You don't "organically" pull that many people together with millions in logistics and planning in two months, sorry. There were over 2000 chartered busses and the parking permits to go with them on inauguration weekend. There are several websites set up with branding, logos, and online donation and sponsorship capability. There is even a site for regional "sister marches" and one where you can purchase bus tickets through the march site. Soooooooooo grassroots.
