Anyone else here that would love to eat healthier, but have no idea how to? I eat out at work every day.. and a lot of times it has to be something quick. I have two young kids that play every sport and we are constantly on the go. I really honestly don't know how to do it.
Anyone have any advice? I'm not overweight or anything, I just know that I'm in my mid thirties and I can't continue to eat this way. I do find that I don't have the energy that I used to have though.
Struggling with the same thing. The problem is, most of us are so busy with work, kids, etc that it is so much easier to just whip through a drive thru at lunch or pop a couple pizzas into the oven at 7:00 pm. Gotta break the habit. Meal prep is the way to go if you can do it.

Exactly.
Calculate how much time you spend in a drive through or waiting in line for "fast food", then add it up for the week. You could spend that time on the weekend cooking for the rest of the week.
Although, I do love me some Taco Bell
