That's using your cell phone, dumb arse.
How is changing music on a cell phone different from changing music on a radio screen? Why is one "specifically" illegal and the other only possibly deemed distracted driving. Before you go that route, I understand that both are distracting actions but why the frick do we need a law specifically for cell phones. What if I had my laptop on the passenger seat and was typing an email?

I'm glad someone asked this question. IMHO it's a good one.
That said, they're both still distractions. You're driving a multiton vehicle. Yes, changing the radio station is a distraction even though legal.
