I don't tow anything other than a trailer at times. I don't commute like I used to so gas mileage is not an issue. I have 3 kids....which has more cab space?

Probably the crewmax Tundra.

F150 SuperCrew will do you just fine. Plus the flat floor in the back is money for moving things in the cab.
Tundra interior space:
Interior Measurements
FRONT HEAD ROOM 39.7 in.
FRONT HIP ROOM 62.6 in.
FRONT LEG ROOM 42.5 in.
FRONT SHOULDER ROOM 65.7 in.
REAR HEAD ROOM 38.9 in.
REAR HIP ROOM 60.4 in.
REAR LEG ROOM 42.3 in.
REAR SHOULDER ROOM 65.5 in.
F150 SuperCrew interior dimensions:
Interior Measurements
FRONT HEAD ROOM 40.8 in.
FRONT HIP ROOM 62.5 in.
FRONT LEG ROOM 43.9 in.
FRONT SHOULDER ROOM 66.7 in.
REAR HEAD ROOM 40.4 in.
REAR HIP ROOM 64.7 in.
REAR LEG ROOM 43.6 in.
REAR SHOULDER ROOM 65.9 in.
F150 has more space in rear for sure.

The Fords have closed the gap significantly here. Crewmax is still bigger but the difference is substantially smaller than it was in 2007 when I bought my Tundra. My Tunda, I can slide the rear seat forward and recline it. In 2014 they did away with that function of the back seat but they are still very comfortable.
I would agree with those that say the Ford has the edge on the bells and whistles but the Tundra is a great truck.
