I don't do this.

My husband goes to the gym, works out, goes mountainbiking, whatever here is what I say:


"See ya later sweetie, have fun at the gym/trails/etc, love you!"


See how that works. There isn't this whole secret agenda. Exercise makes him healthy and happier...I want him healthy and happy because I love him.
