I did a tour of the Commerce Building before it opened. The apartments are real nice. One of the people on the tour said he lived in 440 on Main - the apartments over Matherne's - and commerce was nicer. They aren't cheap, and they're a little small, but they do a good job of using the space. If you worked downtown, they would be a good deal.
