1) The OP
2) this is bullshite. Food Stamps should only be able to buy fresh, nutritious food staples. The ag lobby has created a monster. If people want to get heart disease and diabetes it should be on their own dime.

Literally could cut the SNAP spending by 10% and probably cut down the number of diabetes cases at the same time. Won't happen though it would make too much sense.
