I've flown a lot of miles. Closing in on 2 million on United alone. Most of these miles accumulated on international flights. Even flew the LAX-SIN 18 hour non-stop a couple of times.
I always "managed things" so that I would not have to do any more than unload filtered alcohol in an airplane toilet. The idea of Clintoning in one of those made me shudder.
Even then, I would always brace myself in there. Too many miles on a tour bus where my buddies would yell "brake check" to the driver anytime somebody stepped into the loo.

If you have to Clinton, do it towards the beginning of the flight. Better yet, do it in the lounge bathroom before the flight.
