I hate the words "unlikely to be charged". It shouldn't even be considered.
I hate that there are laws in some places where if you shoot an armed intruder in the back you could be charged. What's to say a guy running away can't spin around and fire shots? It's ludicrous.
It should be incredibly difficult to charge someone who was acting in self-defense.

And it looked to me like the robber is who shot the glass counter.
