Cut out complex carbs and sugars and highly processed foods and fried foods, yes. But no reason to cut out all meat.
Lean beef, chicken, turkey, pork, etc.. Is all good for you.
Agreed. I tried the health food stores Braggs apple cider vinegar in my salads and it really helps with so much. Eating more fruits n veggies, making fruit and kale nutribullet drinks- and cutting back on all fast food, fried foods, carbs, sugars is the key.
Maybe Genuine would benefit better from starting to eat more Chinese beef, seafood, chicken, mostly fish and Thai stir fry--- types of home made food.
