I've already explained it. You can't explain the differences in digesting the cellulose (in which the protein is located) between a cow or horse compared to a human. We are not as efficient and do not receive the same amount as they would.

No you haven't . You explained that plant proteins are not as bioavailale as other proteins. Please explain how it is physically impossible to get the rda of protein from a plant based diet based on the bioavailability index.
