The MSB invented this logic in the past month that OOC only matters in excluding a P5 champ.

Or I could just say decide it on the field, which PSU wins. PSU's additional loss is easily nullified by their extra win against a quality team in the B1G championship. We're not talking about a 4 loss team compared to a one loss.
