obviously not qualified to speak intelligently about the sport of football based on you

I would suggest you take a listen to the folks that do know if you don't trust me and my qualifications

Everyone that I have heard that are knowledgeable say he is an offensive genious. And the best coach in college football thought enough of his acumen to hand over the keys to his offens and help build and secure his dynasty. That ought to bout do it for you

Or you can look at the the last three years and his ability to take first year QBs and win championships . Have you noticed every year everyone says " we just don't know about their QB " and by the end of the season he has him playing absolutely the way he wants

Do you think his transforming the alabama offense over the past three years is luck or pure genius.

Sure , having Alabama talent has something to do with his success.

But if you are unwilling to listen to the best in the business . Nor do you Have the where withal to see his ability to develop QB. And lastly watch the mastery of how he calls plays. Then you are the one who is refusing to see the truth.

You probably thought Spurrier was a cocky lucky guy.

This is what I have seen. I don't care one way or another about LK or his past issues. What I do know is that several coordinators and staff people come and go through Saban's Process every few yrs because they cant take it any longer than that. This was the subject of a story a major sports media did on Saban's assistant coaches a few yrs ago before LK even entered the picture. And that is similar to what I have heard from around the program at LSU when he was here.

What I suspect is playing out at Bama HQ is LK is trying to do both jobs and Saban is ripping his arse about it. Well now LK doesn't have to just sit and take it like he did prior to new job... I really suspect that Saban ushered him out the door.
